Good Day. My Hsg Report Reads: The Pre-contrast Radiograph Shows

Good day. My hsg report reads: the pre-contrast radiograph shows round of whorls of calcification in the the left side of the pelvic cavity, suggesting calcified fibroid .
The uterine cavity is enlarged with associated non-homogeneous opacification due to multiple filling defects of uterine fibroid .
One of such filling defects is noted in the cornual end bilaterally.
The right and left fallopian tubes are not opacified or demostrated.

Pls what is this report saying?
Can you explain pls
.
