Good day, My name is Mumtaz and I am a 39 year old female. I am 1.6 in height and weigh 53 kg. I am on oralcon contraceptive. I am married with two kids. Eldest is 22 normal birth, second is 16 cesarean born with epilepsy. I am currently struggling with constipation and lower back ache. I had a pinched nerve around last month after my menstrual cycle. I have been having severe pain for the past few month only during and after my menstrual cycle. I have been taking castor oil to get relief from the constipation but the pain still remains on my left lower back. I am currently feeling the urge to pass stool but nothing in my colon as i have passed stool at leave 5 times today. I have the urge to push almost like a contraction when giving birth. This doesn'e seem normal and to my knowledge I am not pregnant
