Good evening. I am a 50 year old female who has slightly high iron due to two defective HFE genes. The condition is controlled through blood donation. I also have a history of adrenal issues and high cortisol as well as hypothyroidism controlled with Armour thyroid.

My recent CBC with differential indicates low MPV with all other markers normal. What are the diseases / conditions associated with these results?
