Good Evening. I Am Male 69 Years Of Age, Living

Good evening. I am male 69 years of age, living in the UK. At my routine annual examination my BP was highish. I was given a monitor to use for 7 days. I was required to take 2 readings morning, 2 readings lunch period and 2 readings evening. (42 readings in all) I shall put the completed sheet back tomorrow.
There was a great deal of variation amongst the readings. The highest was 147 / 83 ( a lunch time reading on day 1) The lowest, 123 / 78 (day 2, evening) Generally the systolic readings were in the range 127 - 135 and the diastolic, 78 - 84. there were a couple or so readings which were outwith the mean. One was 125 / 68 and the other 118 / 65. (my pulse rate varied very little - most results were between 56 and 60 with one or two up to 64. What do you think of the results. There seems an awful lot of variation. Is this alright. Also, should I be concerned that some of the results are on the high side.
Thanks.
Ron.
