Good morning Doctor, I am suffering from gastric issues. I have rehumatoid arthritis and fibromylgia, for which I went for treatment, but doctor ave me iron tablets every day till about an year. This caused severe constipation and continuous burps for hours together.

I changed many doctors, but to no relief, got an endoscopy done, but everything was normal. Since past an year I have started taking ayurvedic medicines. They have helped me but, even if I delay a single dose, I get severe gas, which moves, directly to my head and it aches badly and also I feel pukish, but all that comes out is gas. Please help.
