Good Morning I Am A Women Am 47 Years Old

Good morning I am a women am 47 years old with fibro which was comfirmed back in 2010, with this I have had a stoke and 2 mini stokes after the frist one the left leg went bent at the knee which swells and my right arm is contantly dumb.I do attend a pain mangement clinlc who sent me to see a pyschologist where upon I was dignosed with PTSS. I take pregablin,citopham,morphine patches 100mg and levebine for fits that started shortly after the fibro but what I dont understand is that I can go on the train heading to where I need to get to but end up somewhere esle and not know how or what happened apart from feeling confused and disortenrated please can u help.
