I have been taking Tramadol for about three weeks for a pinched nerve in my neck. I don't take it religiously, but no less than once a day. I developed hives yesterday a couple hours after taking a dose and woke up this morning with hives on most of my extremities. I had taken another dose before going to bed. Is it possible to develop an allergy to a drug after tolerating it for several weeks?
