Good Morning, I Have Had 2 Miscarriages In This Year.

Good morning, I have had 2 miscarriages in this year. Now am pregnant and my last menstrual period was 2nd of August so from calculation I should be 8weeks and the last time I had sex with my husband was 23rd of August before he traveled. When I did my first scan last week it only detected a gestational sac measuring 6weeks with no heart beat or fetal pole. 6 days later I started spotting brown blood so I went to the hospital and d scan showed 5weeks with no heartbeat or fetal pole too so the doctor he would place me on an injection 4 times a day for a week to see if there would be improvement. Am thinking he's giving me primolut depo so doctor what are my chances??? Can it help my baby survive
