Good morning

my question is on the 8th of february i had unprotected sex and i took a morning after pill the next day on the 9th, on 14 February i was admitted and i did a scan that said i had multiple cysts. that i was told not to worry about because they go away, now my concern is i have not gone for my period since February and we close to end of March, i took a pregnancy test but nothing shows am pregnant. should i panic.
