Good morning sir I'm detected typhoid positive typhi o 1:80 & typhi H 1:80 doctor

As per Dr advise
Doctor told take
1. Azithromycin 3 times &
2.Aceclo para
3.pantab 40

I'm taking cefixime 200 only as per other Dr advise
But I have internel fever & headache
& Hand shaking bcz for weakness

What is good for me Azithromycin or cefexime & shall I add dolo 650 along with it kindly plz guide me ,thank you
