Got Facial Injury. Noticed Swelling Under Eye And Cheek. How Long Will It Take To Cure?

my 5 year old had a facial injury last thursday at school she fell and hit a concrete pole she has tremendous sswelling under the eye and cheek. the swelling under the eye has started to heal however the swelling under the cheek bone has not . it looks like a pouch of fluid. there is no facial fractures . is this normal and how long does it take for the swelling to heal.

It is only oft tissue inflammation due to injury and if there is no fracture then no need to worry.
It takes almost 5-8 days to heal properly.
