Got Hit In The Chin. Started As A Red Spot, Now Become Sore. It Oozes Blood. Sting Or Bite?

Hello,
Thanks for the query,

Your description is typical of leishmaniasis,

It is an infection caused by insect bite.

It needs treatment with antimonials.

As it is a chronic condition, prolonged treatment is needed.

A photograph would have helped me in giving a closer diagnosis.

Let me know if you have any other doubts.

you can ask a direct question to me on this forum, following the below link.
