Got Hit In The Ribs By A Soccer Ball. Now Top Of The Ribs, Nipple Hurts. Cure For Symptoms?

Hi,
A couple nights ago in my soccer match I got hit in the rib area by blocking a soccer ball. It was a direct blow from the ball.. Ever since then the top of ribs under and to the right of the nipple hurts. In the last day the backside around the cage is starting to hurt also? Is this anything to worry about? Thank you

Is the pain associated with difficulty in breathing?
Is the pain increases or decreases with breathing?
Are there any other symptoms associated like Fever?

I will advice you following:

Chest x-ray PA View.
Analgesics with muscle relaxants.
