Got Hit On The Ear. Used Thrombofob Gel. Pain Has Reduced. No Hearing Problems. Feel Hard To Open My Eyes. Problem?

Last night i was hit on my left ear and today there was some pain on outside the ear, so i applied some thrombofob gel on the ear twice today. Now that pain seems okay; does not pain much. no hearing problems

Hi,
From history it seems that due to hit a punch on ear area there might be possibility of injuring facial nerve causing this problem.
Consult physician and get examined.
