Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Your question is albeit short and specific.
Sorry to know that you have a spreading ACC from salivary gland up to dura.
This is really incurable but you still can have the following:
Consult a Surgeon who is well experienced in such extensive surgeries, who known that your tumor may be completely excised.
Also consult a Oncologist for Radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
With the advent of modern medicines and radiotherapy techniques this may be well treated.
Believe in God and your Doctors.
Take care.
Wish you all the best.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
