Got Merina. Pregnancy Positve. Having Itching During Urination. Noticed Blood From Anus. What Could This Be?

I'm 20 years old I had my frist child at 18 c-section I didn't wait to have sex I got my merina put in at about 3 weeks later then after they inserted they said my pregnancy test came back positive she said she would call me to tell if it was true my son is about to turn 2 on july 22nd. I've always felt like I was pregnant since I had merina I feel awful no energry or anything about 3 months ago I had an itching red hurt when pee touched it vagina I went to the hospital because I dint have insurance and they told me it was chafed skin now I'm having even worse pain about 3 weeks ago I notice when I wiped blood coming from my anus now there are some weird bumps with direah and blood . I feel unwell my head is killing me and my whole body hurts along with my butt when pee tiuches it omg that hurts like no other please tell me what this ciuld be?

Hi, your pregnancy test was positive 3 weeks after marina is inserted, you might be pregnant before the insertion, due to marina it would have been lost, and there might be urinary tract infection,still the test will be positive for few days.
Ultra sound scaning will show the condition of the zygote.
The anal bleeding might be due to piles, or gut infection, that is different matter, and can be treated latter. Thank you.
