Hello,
I appreciate your query.
The failure rate of emergency
contraceptive pills is very low, hence it is unfortunate that it failed in your case.
However, all recent studies so far have shown that pregnancies after failure of emergency contraceptive pills are safe.
There is no association between the use of emergency contraceptive pills and the risk of major congenital malformations, pregnancy complications or any other adverse pregnancy outcomes .
So, do not worry about anything at this stage.
I am attaching references to the above statement for your perusal, however, these are worded technically, but you should be able to get a gist of the results.

Regarding precautions, I hope you have taken
folic acid tablets in the first trimester ( first 12 weeks )
of pregnancy, as it is essential to support the growing embryo and to prevent any defects in the embryo.
Also, by now, you should have had your
ultrasound ( dating scan ).
Other
prenatal vitamins depending on the weeks of gestation will be advised by your gynecologist.
You will require
tetanus toxoid immunization and other immunizations such as
Hepatitis B, Influenza , etc which will be guided by your area of residence and will be prescribed by your gyneocologist at proper timings during your pregnancy.
Please develop healthy eating habits and take adequate rest, avoid smoking, drinking and exposure to teratogenic agents.
All the best for your pregnancy .
