Greetings: I Have Been Recently Diagnosed With Heart Failure (Aortic

Greetings:
I have been recently diagnosed with heart failure (Aortic Valve Stenosis -not confirmed). I'm taking some of the recommended drugs (digoxin 0.25 mg - one each morning) and Furosemide 40 mg - one each morning).
But I will not take dangerous drugs such as Apixaban.
I have many years of experience with natural therapies, so I'm staying with these. The Pauling therapy (http://www.paulingtherapy.com) and the Budwig therapy (http://www.budwigcenter.com/the-budwig-diet/).
In addition, I'm taking various vitamins and minerals associated with heart problems plus oxygen (inhaling and spraying on body after a shower. To control blood pressure I take Aprovel as required.
My heart rate is well within normal. My blood glucose is high (265). I check this every day and I am doing my best to reduce it. My latest problem is a very bad pain in my right shoulder (between the shoulder blades). It is so bad that my right arm is virtually paralysed.
What can I do to relieve the pain. I'm 76 years old and reasonably healthy.
Currently, I'm living in a small village in Central Europe. No medical insurance and no helpful cardiologist available.
Kind regards,
Richard
