I am a 17 year old female and I have been smoking weed for a year and a half. I used to smoke it every day or every other day, but since August I have cut back to 3 times a week due to school. However, for the past few months I have felt groggy, tired, and then eventually receive a headache every time I smoke. I want to know how to fix this so that weed can become a fun experience again for me. Sidenote: I don t smoke a ton when I do, so its not that I m smoking too much. Also, I was taking setraline from May 2010 to Sept. 2010
Stop smoking the Weed ........ It doesnt take a brainiac to figure out that if you pollute your body too much you will lose the "instant repair" that kids have when something goes wrong.
Stop taking the anti depressants now, exercise, be social and join a gym. Join the debating club at school, join a church and volunteer for charity. Eviminate destructive behavior and stop associating with people that bring you down, get new friends that you admire, are happpy with life and motoviated to improve themselves. If you do this now, you will avoid drug dependency, apathy, brain fog, arrest and likely live a very rewarding life.
Eat healthier... I smoke weed every day and maintain a social, professional and balanced life.. I attribute it to eating very well (lots of fruits, veggies, healthy grains, etc.) and exercising.. True these people say to "not pollute your body" but realistically, the food we eat poisons us more than anything. Balance is key in anyone's life; not only in consumption but moreso in lifestyle choices
