If Major Number Of Persons Are Smoking And Few Does Not, Will It Affect The Person By Causing High Level Intoxication?
If everyone all living in a block of flats which contained 4 individual flats, and only one person did not smoke pot in their flat and everyone is smoking it on a regular daily basis, would it affect the person in the flat who doesn't smoke it? And would it cause a high level of intoxication for the person in the flat it is not smoked, especially if it can be smelt strongly in the connecting hallway?

Smoking not oly affects same individual but also cause irritation in air passage of near one who inhales smoke eventhough he doesnt smoke.
proper ventilation of room is needed or it can lead to allergic reaction / cough.
Avoid smoking in living rooms.
