Growth On Public Hair Area Which Was Formed Due To Combination Of Blood Vessels. Treatment? Name Of Disease?
Hi I was just at the clinic and can not remember what the doctor called my growth. It is on my pubic hair area and he stated that it was a combination of blood vessels that have basically made a mass bump that needs to be removed by a plastic surgeon/dermatologist or it will continue to come back. Can you help me figure out the correct name and possibly give me some idea as to what kind of treatment I will be receiving?

It could be an angiokeratoma or could be a cherry angioma.
The treatment for the same is very simple almost painless and not at all time consuming. We either cauterise the lesion or do cryotherapy over the lesion. These are minor surgical procedures and patient can resule daily chores or office immediately after the procedure.
