Grumbling And Flutters In Stomach, Bloating, Gas, Severe Stress. History Of Gastric Bypass. Suspected IBS. Due For Colonoscopy. Advice

I have major stomach grumbling and flutters, bloating and gas. I had a gastric bypass about 14 years ago and have had excessive gas ever since. But the stomach grumbling and fluttering is new. I am currently under excessive stress and these symptoms are making it worse. I saw a doctor a week ago and he thinks it is IBS. It hasn't gotten better and I have a Colonoscopy and some procedure where they are going to stick a camera down my throat, but my appointment isn't for another 10 days.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, you are suffering with the irritable bowel syndrome, also have anxiety and tension, which in turn triggers the I.B.S. I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist, for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe ranitidine, domperidone, and alprazolam for temporary relief. Thank you.
