your gums are swollen due to gingivitis.
do you have any medical history of epilepsy or diabetes?in such cases due to the drugs used for treatment,there is incidence of gingivitis.
check whether your
impacted wisdom tooth is getting erupted or is that area inflammed which is known as pericoronitis.
symptoms of pericoronitis are-
difficulty in chewing or swallowing food,difficulty in opening mouth,metallic taste in mouth,mildly ill with fever,
lymphadenopathy,ear and
throat infection.
visit your
dentist and get the diagnosis.get scaling done.
if normal eruption of wisdom tooth is possible,flap over tooth can be removed by incision which is known as operculectomy.
if there is inadequate space for
tooth eruption,surgical extraction has to be done.
take tab.doxycycline-100mg,once daily for 7 days to make your gums intact,firm and resilient.
