Gurgling Sound In Chest, Shortness Of Breath. Normal EKG, Echo Test. Underlying Cause?

Hi,the past few days I have had gurgling sounds in my chest and shortness of breath for about a week or so. I have Gerd but I do not think this is the same thing. I had heart tests done two months ago EKG and Echo which came EKG showed my heart was going off rhythm but Echo was done and they said I was fine. What do you think this could be?

You have G.E.R.D. which will have gastric irritation, Which may show as you are feeling now. E.C.G showing irregular beets.They may physiological Any how periodical check up are necesory.
Present symptoms may be due to the gastric irritation, produce sounds of the stomach, short ness of breath etc. i advise you to consult a gastroenterologist.
