HI. A Couple Of Months Ago I Began Feeling A

HI. A couple of months ago I began feeling a dull pain, a burning sensation in my upper right abdomen. It has steadily gotten worse and has reached a point that I am constantly aware of the discomfort and it has become more of a throbbing pain now. I have not been to a doctor but plan on going -- I am trying to wait until health insurance coverage kicks in. I have been w/o coverage for a year but anticipate in will be in effect again in 45 - 60 days. But I am becoming more & more concerned, fearful even. What could be causing this pain? I also began experiencing extreme heartburn about the same time as this pain but I have always been troubled with MILD heartburn, nothing like what it is now. At times it is hard to breathe due to the heart burn. Are the two things related to each other? The heartburn and the abdominal pain?
