HI. .. I Am 49 Years Old. I Always Had

HI. .. I am 49 years old. I always had normal cycles well on time till last year. Initially I started with less bleeding cycles... then after three four months I skipped periods for three months... followed with two months regular but little heavy periods... then I again skipped periods in February. Two days before yesterday i noticed flow of blood after urinating at 8.00 pm and next day morning again. Then yesterday I started bleeding heavily and continously for four hours with big clots till i consumed trapic mf tablet. Now pls suggest what should be done. I am scared if this situation repeats after I stop taking medicine.
