HI! My daughter has been very tired lately. At her med check for ADHD med we informed her doctor of this. He thought it would be best to check her thyriod levels at that time. The doctor lm on home phone stating her levels were .87 and they should be 1.00. He called in a Rx for Levothyroxine 50mcg. It was my understanding that if your numbers are low that means your Thyroid is overly active. I am a little nervous to start my daughter on this med. The doctor also said she could take it anytime during the day as long as it is the same time every day. That is not the same info I got from the pharmacy.
