On Monday I woke up with a boil on my leg. My doctor lanced it and the liquid was clear. He cleaned it out and put a topical cream Neosporin I believe on it with a bandaid. I have since developed another one of these boils right next to the original one. I have washed it with warm compresses and put a triple antibiotic ointment on it and covered it. This am I woke to it leaking and the skin around it is all red. I have not shaved my legs for about 2 weeks. With out looking at this, can you tell me what this is?
