iam 43yrs wt 81kg height 5.10" from last month i feel pain on my center of the chest and later it passed on my back arround shoulder nr neck pain will not resist it will going and comming i feling that time some kind of piercing& discomfortableinto the chest and sensation of bloking my neck and breathing problem this will happend when pain is there it stand near about ihr to 2hr pain will resist for few minutes but going and cumming till this date i occured 4to 5 times prior 2days back pain stand for long period i done ecg,echo.7 tmt all shown normal pain fel only on the ceneter and with the same symptom please advise wather its heart disease or should i go for further test
