HI my name is Leeann I have had 2 spinal fusions and chronic back pain, but yesterday I was squatting in the fridge and I went to get up and I wacked my right side of my back on the lip of my counter, I immediately fell to the floor with pain and numbness in my right leg and foot. today im still having pain and numbness, I took a nice warm bath last pm and helped a little. what do you suggest I try or do?
