HISTORY: 21-year-old, lordosis.

Multiplanar imaging of the cervical spine is compared to the previous study from September 2008.
There is loss of the normally seen cervical lordosis. Congenital spinal canal stenosis is visualized between C3 and C6. There is no evidence of cord edema or myelomalacia. The cerebellar tonsils are positioned above the foramen magnum. There is no
ligamentous or osseous edema.
Mild decreased signal is visualized within the intervertebral disc C3-C4 and C4-C5 consistent with early disc degeneration. There is no significant posterior disc herniation.

IMPRESSION: Congenital cervical spinal stenosis, C3-C6. Mild early degenerative disease at C3-C4 and C4-C5. Loss of normally seen lordosis.
