HLA-B27 Positive, Mild Anisopsikilocytosis, Ankylosing Spondylitis. Prescribed Microcid, Izra. Will It Help?

hi, am 39 years age Male . I have been diagnosed with HLA-B27 Positive , AS, . I started with severe pain in my neck and trapeze muscles . Earlier it seemed to be muscular spasm but after i did my MRI and blood test i have been diagnosed the above disease It says Mild anisopsikilocytosis. Predominantly normocytic normochromic with Ovalocytes. Ankylosing spondylitis . My CRP level shows 69.7. Doctor has prsecribed me the following medicines are they for the same Microcid SR (75), Izra (40), Saaz DS, Maxgalin ER 75, Dsfza 6. For 10 days. The pain is severe . Will it reduce soon as my work is getting hammpered badly as well as my lifestyle. Kindly guide. Vinit

Hi, Vineet,
Along with medicine you have to start Moist Hot Pack with magnesium sulphate (Mgso4) application over the muscle Spasm at home & Micro oven Gel pack at office,thrice in a day and start SWIMMING as soon as possible, spinal mobility/ flexibility exercises , spinal strengthening exercises, use firm bed to avoid sagging this will minimise your further progression to Spinal deformity.
