Hi,I am 26 yr old..got married in July 8...till now no issues..no pregnancy history..my HSG shows that Bilateral free spill..what does it indicate??

Welcome to HCM.
You have not mentioned the year of your marriage. If you got married in 2011, then it is too early to worry about pregnancy.
Bilateral free spill on HSG, means your Fallopian tubes are patent and there is no obstruction in them. This is perfectly normal. The tubes have to be patent, to be able to conceive naturally.
Fallopian Tubes are the two tubular lateral extensions of the uterus, through which the ovum traverses.
