Habit Of Intake And Smoking Marijuana Which Is Called As Gateway Drug. Content And Not Looking For Stronger Drugs. Explain
How is marijuana a gateway drug? I personally smoke and intake marijuana, it helps me in lots of ways but that's not the point. I am not looking for a better high or even interested in anything "stronger" I am very content with marijuana. I personally think marijuana is not a gateway drug but the mind is what leads to stronger drugs, that the mind is at a weak state and craves more. I have never had that cross my mind to try any drugs, I get a spiritual high every time as well. So why do they say marijuana is a gateway drug when really the mind is the one that's weak, the mind is the gateway to stronger drugs. Can you please help me wrap my head around this?
There are lot of studies on patients with multiple addiction stating that they usually start with marijuana group and later switched to some other group loke heroin or cocaine etc.
After some time of regular intake of marijuana, there are chances that person do not get that high as of previous instances and so person will switch over to other drug.
I hope i have cleared your doubt. Thanks.
