Habit Of Picking Pimples, Bumps. Getting Large Painful Boils. Took Antibiotics For Possible Cellulitis, Staph. Is It MRSA?

I have been to the ER in 2 different cities 4 different times in the last 6 months. I have a very bad habit of picking the "pimples" "bumps" until they are open, then I pick another and I started getting large "boil" like masses under my skin that were so painful....The first visit they said it was Cellulitis, don't pick, take this antibiotic....Did alright for maybe a month then got another, AND my 2 year old daughter started getting it. @nd visit, They said NOT Cellulitis, Staph. Thought it was the same? More antibiotics, no picking (which I eventually did)...3rd time, same thing, dfferent antiobiotic....My Mom just looked up MRSA because the pharmacist at Rite Aid told her I was going to END UP with that from taking so many antibiotics. Each time, a higher resistant strain of Staph...My "abssess, bump, cyst (Whatever it is now is SO PAINFUL! And it looks just like the pictures of MRSA. I have no insurance to go to an infectious disease Dr and I don't want it to get any worse. I am pretty frightened. PLEASE HELP!

Recurrent boils and folliculitis is usually to Staphyloccocal carrier state. Nasal mucosa is the commonest site of carrier site. Treatment of carrier state is possible by intranasal application of Mupirocin ointment. Also oral Rifampicin will help. Kindly consult your local area physician and get the prescription for the same.

Take care
