My age is 23 and I am habitual of masturbation,what should i do to quit this habit at one go?, and please also mention some side effects of this very bad bad habit, is this habit gonna effect on my marriage life??? is it true that morover we musturbate there are more chances to become Impotent or infertility problems?? please Answer...

Msturbation wont have any long term harmful effects on your fertility. Just the act wont harm your fertility in any way unless there are assisting factors. Addiction to masturbation may however, cause some sexual problems much later in life. But thats an extreme case. Behaviourial therapy can help you.
