Had 6 remaining bottom teeth removed Aug. 15, 16. One 1/2wk. ago was seen in ER then followed with primary internist. Had a sub mandibular salivary infection which responded well to clindamycin. Now have hard nodule on other side on front gum where canine bottom tooth was removed. In past 24hrs. getting worse yet I am not running any fevor. Have had many bone fragments work their way out. This feels similar. Just have never had it come out front wise where root tip used to be. Please advise.
