Had ACDF Surgeries And Hemilaminectomy. Pain In The Left Shoulder Arm And Elbow. MRI Showing Bone Spur And Asymetric CSF Effacement

Hi, I've had 2 acdfs in the past 10 yrs. one in 2003. One in 2012, followed by a hemilaminectomy. Fused from c4-c7. 41 yrs old. Still suffering from sever left shoulder, upper arm, and elbow pain in left arm as well as headaches and neck pain. Recent MRI shows another spur complex c5-c6 and asymmetric csf effacement. I don't know what this means

Hello
This pain may be again due the narrowing the space between the vertebra's and the MRI shows that again you have developed a bulging of disc and the cerebospinal fluid in the spinal canal has been reduced, these might be the reason. consult a neurologist it might be helpful for you.
