Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The stiffness in the lower back and thigh are likely to be related to muscle spasm. This can be relieved with oral pain killers and muscle relaxants. Regular exercise regimen will help in a long term relief.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
