Had PCOS, Unconsciousness, Pain. On Holter Monitor. Help?
My daughter has pcos and has several times since December passed out. She wore a Holter monitor and no problems were found. However she does have vasalvagal response to injections and sudden pain. Today she felt a sharp pain in her abdomen for about 10 seconds prior to almost passing out. I just put it all together that maybe a cyst is bursting and that is the cause of the fainting . Any input?

Sudden sharp pain in abdomen could be a medical emergency.
Usually ovarian torsion presents similarly.
You need to consult your Gynecologist at the earliest and get a doppler done
