Had TAH Last August Due To Endometrial Cancer. Had Gallbladder

Had TAH last August due to endometrial cancer. Had gallbladder removed in October. All was fine until last couple weeks and now I've had lower & middle back ache on right side. I think it is a muscle spasm as I have no signs of kidney or bladder infections. Are muscle spasms common this long after surgery?
