Had UTI With Burning Vagina And Anus After Unprotected Sex. Taking Flagyl And Worried Of Having Herpes

I had unprotected sex and the male told me he was clean. About two days later it felt like a raging uti or yeast infection. Now its been about 2 weeks and i burn constantly in and out of vagina . Even burns in anal area. Im on flagyl now for 1500mg for a week . Just started 2.5 days ago. Im terrifed i have herpes type 2. I even got semen in eyes. Please help.

Hi there thanks for posting your query at HCM
Dear as per your complains you are definitely suffering from urinary tract infection . That does not mean that you have herpes unless your urinary sample is examined for culture and sensitivity. I would therefore suggest that you refer to your gynoe instead of getting worried
To make you aware what happens in genital herpes is that there is the presence of blisters and there the genital glands become swollen. So refer to your doctor immediately
