Had a Brain with IAC MRI for my problem of Unilateral (left)Mixed Hearing loss with Tinnitus. The Inner ear, IAC and Brain had no masses or issues in these areas. This was done with contrast. Impression was Mild Chronic Microvascular Ischemic Changes. I see my ENT tomorrow to discuss but wondering if this is anything to worry about. I have type 1.5 diabetes with Insulin and in control with mild hypertension. All of my lipids are always in normal limits. Any thougts or idea on this impression written in my report. I am a 72 year old female.
