Had A Car Accident. On Predestined. Now Have Muscle Pains And Cramps Feel Tired. Problem?

Hi, I have been on predestined for 7 days now. Three pills for three days,two pills for 3 days, then one for three days. My doctor prescribed it because I wasn't getting better after a car accident which I had a whiplash. Anyway, muscle pains and cramps woke me up last night at 2:00 and stayed up. Then I went to work today and seemed to feel better. But now when I tried to lay down I got the muscle pain and cramps back. Is this anything to worry about? I'm starting to drink fluids, water and milk.

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

Hope you are continuing the drugs prescribed by your doctor. Muscle pain and cramps you are getting is due to injury you had after accident. Get done one xray to rule out any fracture at that site and give rest for that muscle. Drink plenty of fluids,warm compression, apply local analgesic (spray) and take analgesic (NSAID) along with muscle relaxant to reduce spasm and pain. Consult your doctor for examination and management.
