Had a firm, cyst like growth on the shaft of my penis. I popped it and it was filled with pus and blood. After a week or so I looked at it again and noticed it had turned a blackish color and had shrank a bit. It is now a smooth, black dome like growth that isn’t painful or uncomfortable (it was before I popped it) Nodular melanoma?
