Had A Jadelle Implant. Have Irregular Bleeding, Nausea. On Ava Mini Pill. Missed Periods. Pregnancy Test Negative. Suggestions?

hi there, i have had the jadelle implant for a year and have bad symptoms such as irregular bleeding, nausea ect. i have been put on ava mini pill but the last 2-3 weeks i have been feeling like im pregnant nausea at certain times of the day, havnt had my period for a month which is not normal for me, bloating. is this pms or could i be prgo's i have takn test which come back neg but this has happened b4 and turns out i was pregnant and had a eptopic preg
