Had A Painful Discomfort After Eating Kiwi Fruit. No Breathing Problems, But Increased Soreness. How To Stop The Soreness?

Over the past week I have become aware that the painful discomfort within my mouth is probably caused by eating kiwi fruit everyday...no breathing problems but the soreness has increased daily. Of course I stopped eating the fruit, but how can I stop the soreness inside my mouth ? I have no other notable symptoms...thanks

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Kiwi fruit contains citric acid and vitamin C.
Due to citric acid few person feels sourness in mouth.
Same thing is with you.
Take pantaprazole 40 mg once a day ( tablet) for 7-10 days and that's all.
Good luck.
