Had A Swollen Underneath The Skin Patch On My Nose

Had a swollen underneath the skin patch on my nose which came to a small head. Went to dermatologist. He shot it and gave me muciprocen to put on it. On the ride home within 20 to 30 mins it was looking better. When I got home it poured peroxide on it which then proceeded the now creator like be mp to fizz and literally erupt like an 8th grade homage volcano experiment. I put the ointment on it and tried to go to bed. Within an hour I had an extreme fever with uncontrollable shivering and pain throughout my body due to the shaking and fever. I took several all eave managed too fall asleep and woke up in the same state fever and chills with the bump crusted over.I took a shower upon awakening again which reopened bump took away crusty Ness and immediately put the muciprocen on the area and a light coat in the nostril. Should I go back to the docter. Avoid paroxicide? I have absolutely no energy and am suppose to go to work tomorrow.
