Had A Total Hysterectomy Had Everything Removed 6 Weeks Ago.

Had a total hysterectomy had everything removed 6 weeks ago. outer thigh right side feels like needles I was told that I had a pinched nerve probably from the way I was positioned during surgery. the pain has not eased up I was told that the nerve can be pinched somewhere within the growing or could be somewhere in my back but I noticed the pain is more intense when I'm sleeping at night takes me a long time to find a position to feel comfortable. the last four days since my post op appointment it has been worse and I did have an examination so I'm not sure if this is internal. I did have a sonogram and everything checked out to make sure there was no blood clotting. so would like to know what else can be done, ice didn't work, nor did muscle relaxers or ibuprofen
