Had Abortion. Took Cytotec. Having Bleeding With Clots. Feeling Nausea. Should I Be Worried?

hey doc, i had an abortion 4 weeks ago..was exactly two weeks along when i took cytotec. i got mild cramps not too bad to keep me from sleeping...woke up in the morning bleeding and with clots the size of a golf ball..bled a little during the day but it stopped later.....got a few brownish stains the first week but that's it. haven't had any other complication except for a bit of nausea and light headedness..all signs i had when i was pregnant.. this last week my stomach feels bloated and i get back pains...should i be worried?

Hi, after taking the treatment you should get one ultrasound done, for any retention of products after bleeding. if it is retained, may need D and C. can get serum HCG levels done, which helps to rule out any continuation of pregnancy. see your obstetrician.
